  We engaged Alex to list our property in Haywards Bay. From the initial meeting, to value our property, till the completion of sale, Alex was prompt, thorough, highly knowledgeable in the local market and extremely polite. He listened to our thoughts and supported us in any way he could. Alex kept us upto date throughout the whole process, with phone calls, messages and emails, making the whole process easy, much better than previous experiences with selling property.   We were in desperate need of a rental for the family and pets while our house was being built.
  They were very responsive on our application, assisted with any maintenance issues on the property.
