  If I could give -5 stars I would. 35 minutes waiting time for a script of the shelves. The pharmacist didn’t look like he cared. How could you not take pride in what you do!

  Understaffed in the dispensary and slow. Don't waste your time coming here unless you have alot of time to waste. 40 Min scripts. No body cares either. Elderly people sitting on the floors. Digusting.

  We’ve been a few times and today we went to ask for a repeat, was told that there’s no repeat and the customer service said: If you can wait for an hour, we can try to find the original prescription, as we still need to serve customers.
  
  Then he said that last sentence again.
  
  Pretty rude as he doesn’t seem to consider us as their customers.
  
  They found the script and turned out they’ve dispensed a 20 instead of 50 tabs.
  
  This shop needs more staff, a more friendlier and accurate ones as you’re dealing with people’s health/life…

  waited in line 20 mins to give them scrip,went back in half hour, said script was still being processed,went back in half hour line for pickup scripts was about 15 long,so left and again back in 30 mins stood in a line of about 10 people,finally got script. went to cashier and script wasnt what i ordered,went back to advise staff,waited in line again but no one serving waited 20 mins, enough,just left order on counter and walked out,never again

  First time coming here and it was a bad experience! Waited 20 min for a script! My name was called I approached the counter there was nobody there, so I waited for another 10min, before I spoke to a passing staff member to check my script, I was then given my script straight away. Not good enough Chemist Warehouse, your staff need's customer service training, they need to show they care for their customers, staff need to approach waiting customers and ask them if they need any assistance, I wont be going back there again.
